What you'll be doing here:
Together with a team of experienced administrators and architects, you will be involved in the maintenance and development of all our customers' infrastructure
Oversee systems, customer communications and incident or request resolution
Providing support and monitoring of customer systems and our infrastructure
Working on complex (not only) infrastructure projects
Managing, maintaining and developing all customer infrastructure and applications across all layers (network, SAN/NAS, virtualization, operating system, application-MS)
Providing 24/7 support to our customers (1 week per month)
What you'll need to do that:
Experience in a similar position
Pleasant, open and professional demeanor and customer orientation
Analytical thinking, systematic, attention to detail
Quick decision making and problem solving, prioritizing, stress resilience
English language fluency at a communicative level in written and oral form
Interest in the industry, willingness to learn new things
Advanced hands-on experience installing, configuring, managing and optimizing Microsoft products, especially:- Windows Server 2008 and above (AD, DHCP, DNS, FS, IIS, WSUS, Remote Access)
Advanced experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization
Basic knowledge of Powershell
Basic knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure
We will appreciate it if you have practical experience mainly with:
Implementing infrastructure and cloud solutions in the mid enterprise
Nagios-based IT infrastructure monitoring tools (Nagios, Check_mk)
Networking and security technologies, ideally CISCO, UniFi
Participate in team, which work on interesting projects. Our areas of development are mainly CV/ML algorithm from FaceRecognition, Multi Object Tracking and Object Detection.
