Despite Covid

Although it is already March, we would like to take a look back at the previous year for the last time in this article. It was in March 2020 that the Covid-19 pandemic began not only in our country, which significantly changed the way we function in everyday and working life. And so the month of March became a new important milestone. What was 2021 like for Blue Dynamic? What goals do we set for the next year? Read on to find out.

We have had another rather turbulent year that has been marked by many changes, twists and uncertainties. In addition to the fact that the whole world was going through other waves of covid (which it is dealing with practically to this day), we absorbed the consequences of the declining economy, the definitive departure of Britain from the EU, the attack on the United States Capitol, the consequences of devastating tornadoes in Moravia, the unfortunate fact of the explosion in Vrbětice, or the tension while waiting for the results of the elections.

It's not a few major events. And it's not a lot of positive events either. Despite the prevailing uncertainties, we at Blue Dynamic have leaned into development projects that promise us a successful future.

In particular, we focused on reliability and stability in trade relations. We managed to create the best possible conditions for the development of trade both in the Czech Republic and abroad. How have we strengthened our product and service offering?

• We've assembled a strong team with deep integration knowledge — working in Azure, BizTalk and E2E.
• We have earned Microsoft Gold Partner status.
• We have embarked on the development of a new application in the field of smart warehouses.
• We are developing the eMotion Counter, which we have moved to the cloud and prepared for the maskless period.
• We opened an office in Holland.
• We increased our turnover by 70%.
• The number of employees increased by 30% compared to last year and we employ specialists of 8 nationalities.

The above enumeration points out that no one should be subject to negative situations.

2022 brings with it further uncertainties and risks. Currently, mainly those arising from the war situation in Ukraine. However, we believe that even this unfortunate situation will soon take a turn for the better. Until then, we are ready to help those in need as much as possible, which is why we continue our cooperation with People in Need.

For 2022, we have plans especially in the field of expanding competencies and developing trade abroad - we want to expand our service offering with other smart solutions and we are also working intensively to renew the site or recruit other talented specialists.
