The company specializes in the production and distribution of electricity, gas and heat and is one of the most important players on the Czech energy market. Malina Energy Holding, a. s., has its premises all over the Czech Republic and employs more than 500 employees.

The company focuses on sustainable energy and the use of renewable energy sources and is known for its innovative energy projects and solutions.

The customer turned to us with a request to improve and set up business processes and to implement a system for managing business cases. CONFIGURATION: After preparing the environment, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales was installed and configured to meet the specific requirements of the organization. This includes setting up business processes, roles and security.

TESTING AND TRAINING: After the installation and configuration was completed, it was necessary to test the system and test its functionality. Subsequently, staff training was carried out on the use of the new system.

DEPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT: After completing the training, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is in sharp operation and the organization ensures its support and maintenance. At this stage, further adjustments can be made according to user feedback.
