A fast implementation of Dynamics AX for the retail company Inexad, operator of Hamleys, the world’s best toy store chain, is enabling expansion into new markets. An enormous rise in customer numbers is expected – one that the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system from Blue Dynamic will handle with ease. A system this complex, delivered this fast, is a unique feat of implementation know-how.

Inexad has now signed an agreement with Blue Dynamic for support and monitoring. Monitoring is a service package providing proactive oversight of the infrastructure using specialized tools and three-tier support (from the service desk through technical support to architect-level services).
