Back Office Assistant

Your job will be:

  • Administrative support to management and colleagues.
  • Organisation of business trips - booking flights, accommodation and taxis.
  • Preparation of documents for the monthly closing.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office - from refreshments, to communication with suppliers, to ordering office supplies.
  • Ad hoc tasks that won't let you fall into a rut.

You'll need:

  • Pleasant demeanor and willingness to communicate.
  • Team spirit - we're in this together!
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Flexibility, independence and responsible attitude.
  • The art of prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented approach - our offices are your business card.

  • Starting immediately
  • Place of work: Zdiby (10 minutes from Kobylisy metro station)
  • Driving licence sk. B - experience behind the wheel is an advantage.
