Your job will be:

• Designing and overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in line with business objectives.
• Consultation on architectural and technical design options, providing recommendations and impact assessments.
• Creation of functional and technical documentation describing client processes, system integrations and solution designs.
• Ensuring system changes are aligned with the business strategy and desired company outcomes.
• Monitoring technological changes, system updates, new features and ISVs for their effective use.
• Maintaining a cohesive system architecture and data structure within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms (Azure, Power Platform, M365, etc.).
• Providing technical guidance and best practices for development teams working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Working with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment.
• Managing the migration process and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
• Optimizing the performance and scalability of the solution according to business needs.

You'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 design and implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and integration processes.
• Ability to think analytically and create technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Azure, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 platforms an advantage.
