What you'll be doing here:
Together with a team of experienced administrators and architects, you will be involved in the maintenance and development of all our customers' infrastructure
Oversee systems, customer communications and incident or request resolution
Providing support and monitoring of customer systems and our infrastructure
Work on complex (not only) infrastructure projects
Administration, maintenance and development of the entire infrastructure and customer applications
Providing 24/7 support to our customers (1 week per month)
What you'll need to do that:
Experience in a similar position
Pleasant, open and professional demeanor and customer orientation
Analytical thinking, systematic, attention to detail
Quick decision making and problem solving, prioritizing, stress resilience
English language at a fluent communicative level in written and oral form
Interest in the field, willingness to learn new things
Advanced hands-on experience installing, configuring, managing and optimizing Microsoft products, especially:- Windows Server 2008 and later (AD, DHCP, DNS, FS, IIS, WSUS, Remote Access)
Advanced experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization
Knowledge of Powershell
Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure
We will appreciate it if you have practical experience mainly with:
Implementing infrastructure and cloud solutions in the mid enterprise
Nagios-based tools for IT infrastructure monitoring (Nagios, Check_mk)
Network technology and security, ideally CISCO, UniFi
Backup in enterprise infrastructure (ideally Veeam)
SAN/NAS technologies and components
MS SQL
Skype for Business
Sharepoint/ Sharepoint online
