What you'll be doing here:

• Working with the team to manage and develop customer IT infrastructure
• Monitoring system operation, incident resolution and customer communication
• Support and monitoring of customer and internal systems
• Participation in infrastructure and cloud projects
• 24/7 operational support (1 week per month)

What you'll need to do that:

• Basic IT administration experience, ideally in a similar role
•  Proactive and professional approach with customer orientation
• Analytical thinking, independence and ability to solve problems effectively
• Fluent English (oral and written communication)

We'd appreciate it if you had hands-on experience with:

• Manage and configure Windows Server (2008+), including AD, DHCP, DNS, FS, IIS, WSUS and Remote Access
• Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and PowerShell for automation
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Azure cloud solutions for midsize businesses
• System monitoring (Nagios, Check_MK) and backup (Veeam)
• Networking technologies (Cisco, UniFi) and SAN/NAS storage
• Basic work with MS SQL, Skype for Business, SharePoint / SharePoint Online
