Malina Group is a company operating in the energy sector. The company specializes in the production and distribution of electricity, gas and heat and is one of the most important players on the Czech energy market. Energetický holding Malina, a. s., has its operations throughout the Czech Republic and employs more than 500 people.

The company focuses on sustainable energy and the use of renewable energy sources and is known for its innovative projects and solutions in the energy sector.

Goals of cooperation

A customer approached us with a requirement to improve and set up business processes and implement a business case management system. He was looking for a reliable partner to help him deploy a business case management information system. Our experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and successful implementations for other clients were an important factor for the customer in choosing our company.

  • Improving the efficiency of business processes: The need to improve the efficiency of the sales process, which will show up in faster and more efficient management of business cases from enquiry to execution, which will in turn show up in improved sales results.

Procedure

ANALYSIS: First, it was necessary to analyse the needs of the organisation and design a solution that would be most appropriate for the situation. After that, the system installation environment is prepared.

CONFIGURATIONS: After preparing the environment, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales was installed and configured according to the specific requirements of the organization. This included setting up business processes, roles and security.

TESTING AND TRAINING: Once the installation and configuration is complete, it is necessary to test the system and test its functionality. Subsequently, staff is trained on how to use the new system.

DEPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT: After the training is completed, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is deployed into live operation and the organization provides support and maintenance. At this stage, further adjustments can be made according to user feedback.

Achieved results with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Thanks to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, which enabled better management and administration of customer data, which lead to improved customer relationships and increased customer satisfaction. Through better data processing and analysis, it was possible to identify key customer segments and tailor offers and services to them, which had a positive impact on the company's sales and profitability.

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales also resulted in more efficient work for employees, who had better access to customer information and the history of their interactions with the company. This improved communication and collaboration between departments and reduced time lost in repeated queries and information searches.

We've improved the efficiency of the sales process, along with increasing sales team productivity and unifying data into a single source of truth.
