A customer approached us with a requirement to improve and set up business processes and implement a business case management system. He was looking for a reliable partner to help him deploy a business case management information system. TESTING AND TRAINING: Once the installation and configuration is complete, it is necessary to test the system and test its functionality. Subsequently, staff is trained on how to use the new system.
DEPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT: After the training is completed, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is deployed into live operation and the organization provides support and maintenance. At this stage, further adjustments can be made according to user feedback.
