Smooth and secure operation of large-scale IT infrastructure and applications
Blue Dynamic, a Czech provider of complex solutions and services in the field of information technology, expands its services for the Dutch chain BCC. The aim of the long-term contract is to ensure smooth and secure operation of extensive IT infrastructure and applications for the company operating in the Dutch consumer electronics market.
We support and maintain over 500 servers, 1200 workstations and dozens of applications.
The new contract, worth several million crowns annually, covers all processes related to the operation, management, maintenance and development of infrastructure, operating systems, databases and critical applications. It involves the support and maintenance of more than 500 servers, 1,200 workstations and dozens of applications in 80 branches of a foreign client.
"Our job is to make sure that the whole system works reliably, with fast response times and without interruptions, providing the services and information that management needs to make decisions," said Ivan Holko, Delivery Manager at Blue Dynamic, adding: "We are evaluating our experience from a number of other projects and our long-term focus on this type of services. We have proven that we can apply our knowledge and experience abroad and that we are able to compete in a strong international market."
Blue Dynamic was successful in a tender in which five companies participated. It also beat global players such as Avanade. This is not the first contract for the Dutch BCC. The two companies established cooperation back in 2014. In addition to providing IT services, the project involved the implementation of a new ERP system that enables efficient management of warehouse, sales, marketing and financial flows.
