In March 2020, the covid-19 pandemic began not only in our country, but it has fundamentally changed the way we operate. And so the month of March has become a new important milestone. What was 2021 like for Blue Dynamic? And what are our goals for the year ahead? Read on to find out.

Although it is already March, we would like to take one last look back at the previous year in this article. It was in March 2020, not only in our country, that the covid-19 pandemic began, which has significantly changed the way we function in our daily and working lives. And so the month of March has become a new important milestone. What was 2021 like for Blue Dynamic? And what are our goals for the year ahead? Read on to find out.


We have had another rather turbulent year, marked by many changes, twists and turns and uncertainties. Apart from the fact that the whole world has been going through more waves of covid (which it is still dealing with practically today), we have been absorbing the consequences of a declining economy, Britain's definitive exit from the EU, the attack on the US Capitol, the consequences of the devastating tornadoes in Moravia, the unfortunate reality of the explosion in Vrbětice, or the tension while waiting for the election results. 

Not a few significant events. And not many positive events either. Despite the prevailing uncertainties, we at Blue Dynamic have leaned into development projects that promise a successful future.

We focused especially on reliability and stability in business relationships. We have managed to create the best possible conditions for business development both in the Czech Republic and abroad. How have we strengthened our product and service offering?

  • We have built a strong team with deep knowledge in integrations - we work in Azure, BizTalk and E2E.
  • We have been awarded Microsoft Gold Partner status.
  • We started to develop a new application in the field of smart warehouses.
  • We're developing eMotion Counter, which we've moved to the cloud and prepared for the hands-free era.
  • We opened an office in the Netherlands.
  • We increased our turnover by 70 %.
  • The number of employees increased by 30 % compared to last year and we employ specialists of 8 nationalities.

The above list points out that no one should be subject to negative situations.

2022 brings with it further uncertainties and risks. At the moment, especially those arising from the war situation in Ukraine. We believe, however, that even this unfortunate situation will soon turn for the better. Until then, we are ready to help those in need to the maximum extent possible, which is why we continue our cooperation with People in Need.

For 2022, we have plans especially in the area of expanding our competencies and developing our business abroad - we want to expand our service offer with additional intelligent solutions and we are also working intensively on the renewal of our website or recruiting additional talented specialists.

Let's all keep our fingers crossed and our heads up.
